Branch Manager

Branch Manager: The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the branch, including sales, collections, and team development. This role leads a small team, drives daily execution, and ensures results are consistently met. You will coach your team, hold coworkers accountable, and handle customer conversations related to payments when needed. What This Role Requires This role requires someone who is comfortable:

• Branch hours: Mon - Fri 10am – 6pm, Sat 9am – 1pm
• Every Sunday Off
• $20.93 - $21.90/hr.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work scheduled hours, including Saturdays
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening
