- Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations including service, kitchen coordination, staffing, and guest experience
- Manage P&L performance , including labor control, food cost, and operating expenses
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop both management and hourly team members
- Create schedules and labor plans to maintain efficiency while supporting business volume
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and operational execution
- Coach and develop supervisors and team leaders to build a strong leadership bench
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
- Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and hospitality
- 3+ years of restaurant General Manager or senior management experience
- Experience leading high-volume casual dining or sports-bar style operations preferred
- Strong knowledge of P&L management, labor planning, and cost controls
- Proven ability to hire, train, and retain strong teams
- Hands-on leadership style with strong guest interaction skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- $60,000 - $65,000 base salary
