People Partner, HRBP Team (Fully Remote)

- Coach and guide managers on performance and employee relations matters.
- Manage complex employee issues, including investigations and accommodations.
- Use people data to identify trends and translate findings into action.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of HR or Employee Relations experience with 3+ years in performance management.
- Strong judgment, empathy, and ability to handle sensitive situations.
- Experience with global, virtual-first teams is a plus.
- Fully remote, virtual-first environment with flexible schedules.
- Eligible for corporate bonus and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
