- Serve as primary HRBP for business units, partnering with leaders at all levels to align People strategies with business goals.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, leadership coaching, talent programs, and change initiatives; provide strategic insights to build inclusive, high‑performing teams.
- Manage and resolve complex team‑member relations, supporting development conversations, performance management, corrective actions, and conflict resolution.
- Partner on global and regional engagement and culture initiatives.
- Own compliance across the U.S. and Canada, including federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, wage & hour requirements) and support Canada‑specific needs.
- Assist with documentation for legal matters, investigations, or claims; help implement policy updates and guide managers on compliance requirements.
- Work closely with Legal, Finance, and People Ops to ensure compliant processes across the full employee and contractor lifecycle.
- Partner with People Ops on onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and lifecycle processes.
- Maintain accurate, confidential data in Workday; support compensation cycles, calibrations, and workforce reporting.
- Troubleshoot Workday workflows or data issues with Business Systems and support global consistency across regions.
- Work with HRBPs across NORAM, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC to maintain global consistency in practices and programs.
- Support global People initiatives, including performance, DEI, compensation, leadership development, and workforce planning.
- Strengthen cross‑regional people processes and communication.
