✨ Manager, Lateral Partner Recruiting New York City | Hybrid
$160K–$200K base
- Own the end-to-end lateral partner hiring process , from initial search through offer, partnership vote, onboarding, and integration
- Partner directly with Practice Group Leaders, sponsoring partners, and senior firm leadership
- Manage search firm relationships and lateral market intelligence
- Coordinate partner offers, governance, conflicts, and partnership vote processes
- Lead onboarding and post-start partner integration
- Manage and develop a Recruiting Coordinator
- Seeking approximately 7–8+ years of legal industry experience
✨ Manager / Senior Manager, Partner Recruiting & Integration | NYC strongly preferred | Also open to Washington, DC & Menlo Park
4 days/week in office
- Own lateral partner recruiting across designated U.S. practice groups
- Work closely with U.S. Practice Heads and senior partners on candidate strategy
- Manage partner recruiting processes while becoming deeply embedded within assigned practices
- Remain involved throughout a new partner’s first year of integration
- Opportunity to contribute ideas and further develop an established U.S. partner integration program
- Open to backgrounds in partner recruiting, partner integration, or highly experienced lateral associate recruiting
- Flexibility around Manager vs. Senior Manager level depending on experience
Manager: Approximately $190K target, up to $200K base + ~13% target bonus
Senior Manager: Up to $250K base, with flexibility to ~$255K–$260K + ~16% target bonus
