To thrive in this role, you will need a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or an equivalent qualification, along with state licensure as a Physical Therapist. CPR certification is preferred, and while specialized certifications in areas like neurology or geriatrics are advantageous, they are not required. Previous experience is strongly preferred, as is the ability to manage complex medical cases with finesse and empathy.
