Job Title : Payroll SpecialistLocation : Santa Ana, CA
Pay Range : $35-38/hour
Benefits : Health, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) Role Overview : Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in the search for a Payroll Specialist. Our client located in Santa Ana, CA is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their team on a Contract basis. They are seeking an individual that has experience with high-volume, multi-state payroll and brings strong Microsoft Excel skills. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply immediately! Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and process payroll for 2,500+ employees on a weekly and bi-weekly basis
- Reconciliation of timecards and payroll data in UKG software
- Utilize software to sort compliance tracking and audit data for reporting purposes monthly
- Process garnishments on a bi-weekly basis - 25 on average
- Support various projects related to customers job sites and process timekeeping data that will be uploaded into UKG for reporting
- Additional responsibilities as required by management
- Multi-state, high-volume payroll experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills - Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP
- Strong communication skills
- UKG is preferred
