Participate in community‑building initiatives, collaborating with colleagues, parents, and community members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Prioritize the individual needs and aspirations of students, creating an atmosphere where each student feels valued, supported, and empowered. Demonstrate a commitment to professional development, staying informed about best practices in education and contributing to the continuous improvement of academic programs. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field. Nevada teaching certification/license, with appropriate certifications/endorsement area(s). Proficiency in English. Commitment to the VVA Mission and Vision. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Cultural competence and an appreciation for diversity. Ability to adapt to a dynamic and collaborative work environment. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in elementary education.
