Our elementary program emphasizes curiosity, critical thinking, and joyful learning, encouraging students to ask questions, explore new ideas, and grow academically and socially. You will also: Promote positive social and emotional development in students Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress Maintain a well-organized, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university Prior teaching experience preferred Ability to pass state and federal background checks Strong communication, instructional, and classroom management skills Genuine passion for teaching and supporting student growth To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
