Private Duty Nurse RN

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled, compassionate home healthcare following physician plans and ensuring quality patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Include Assessing and monitoring patient conditions, reporting changes promptly Developing, updating, and implementing personalized nursing care plans Administering treatments, medications, and interventions as prescribed Educating patients and families on disease management and self-care Documenting all care activities accurately and in real-time Maintaining compliance with policies, regulations, and infection control standards Providing holistic, empathetic care tailored to individual needs Qualifications Include Active, unrestricted RN license in the practice state Current CPR certification TB test within last 12 months Six months of clinical nursing experience preferred Reliable transportation Skills and qualities: attention to detail, effective time management, communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and ability to work independently in diverse environments.
