Title: Part-time Administrative Assistant Salary Range: $13.00 per hour Contract Term Length: Not Applicable Standard Hours: 16 hours per week Work Location: On-Site FLSA Status: Exempt College: West Kentucky Community & Technical College Campus Location: Paducah School of Art & Design Department: Academic Affairs Job Summary This position will provide administrative support at WKCTC's Paducah School of Art & Design campus 16 hours a week, Monday-Thursday, from 8:00 AM-12:00 PM. Job Duties Open building in morning before classes. Meet and greet students and visitors; provide information as requested. Perform general clerical duties Assist with room scheduling and conducting tours of PSAD (in conjunction with faculty) for prospective students and community visitors Assist in monitoring budget for WKCTC accounts Assist in maintaining electronic filing for documentation for BA8, BA50 & payment voucher purchases. Assist in purchasing classroom and office supplies. Assist in process maintenance and IT work orders to arrange for the repair and maintenance of equipment and the facilities. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED, as well as administrative or customer service experience.
