This role executes strategic workforce initiatives, strengthens relationships with internal and community partners, and guides employees and job seekers in pursuing healthcare careers and advancement opportunities.**Qualifications:*** 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, or related workforce development role required.* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.**Education:*** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.**About Us:****Cook Children's Health Care System**Cook Children's Health Care System offers a unique approach to caring for children because we are one of the country's leading integrated pediatric health care delivery organizations.
