Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and emotional well-being, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, to provide effective individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Monitor clients’ progress through regular check-ins and assessments, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to enhance outcomes.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention to clients requiring urgent support, utilizing de-escalation techniques and appropriate referrals.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring thorough documentation of sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• Engage in collaboration with a diverse multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience.
