About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Portfolio Growth for its Wet Dog business in North America. This pivotal role is at the forefront of the company's transformation and accelerated growth, with a focus on connected commerce, innovation, and brand building. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the 5-year integrated value creation plan, driving the business's digital and omnichannel growth, and shaping global priorities as a key representative on the Global Brand Board. A strong foundation in brand building and consumer-led marketing, particularly in digital and connected commerce, is essential. The role demands a strategic, forward-thinking leader with a proven track record in delivering transformational business results and a strong general management mindset to navigate complex trade-offs. Key responsibilities for the VP, Portfolio Growth include leading the portfolio growth strategy, driving demand creation, and leading a high-performing, cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of commercial leadership experience, with at least 8 years in digital and connected commerce growth, and a background in global or regional CPG, retail, or tech companies. The role requires an inspirational leader with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and mobilize teams to deliver results. The VP will also be responsible for talent development, capability building, and succession planning within the marketing leadership team. A strong focus on learning and development, as well as a commitment to the company's Five Principles, is expected.
