Availability during standard business hours, with flexibility for some evenings and weekends to accommodate client meetings. Exemplary personal skills and the ability to effectively manage client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Manage a high volume of projects and oversee administrative staff. Draft and review contracts, easements, opinion letters, and corporate documents. Conduct client meetings both over the phone and in person. Lead and chair corporate client meetings. Ensure compliance with county real estate and recorder requirements. Efficiently manage electronic task lists and billing processes.
