Leidos has a new and exciting opportunity for a Portfolio Analysis & Integration SME in our Intel Sector Analysis Solutions Business Area (ASBA) . Basic Requirements Portfolio Management Experience – monitor and analyze IT portfolio of programs and associated capabilities and services; Strategic Planning Experience – support the evolution of the sponsor’s strategic direction and priorities; Make recommendations to aid sponsor decision‑making, including proposed strategies and roadmaps; identified risks, capability and performance gaps, dependencies; alignment with the strategic framework and priorities; and funding and related program issues; Assist government client with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports to senior‑level executives; Communicate technical topics in a non‑technical manner to senior‑level audiences; Extensive experience in collaboration across multiple entities. Basic Qualifications TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required; BS degree with 12–15 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 10–13 years of relevant experience; a Doctorate in a technical domain is a plus; Draft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skills; Knowledge of portfolio, program, and project management disciplines; Familiarity with planning, programming, budgeting, and execution disciplines; Knowledge of key performance indicators; Strong analytical competence, problem‑solving, communication and organizational skills; provide audience‑written and verbal communications and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills; Work with senior staff in a diverse, fast‑paced, multi‑task environment managing competing priorities; Produce deliverables in multiple formats as needed (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Develop program assessment processes and methodologies; Track, report key progress and analyze cost, schedule, risk, and performance; Develop business cases, concepts of operations, and memoranda of agreement; Monitor, forecast, evaluate, and assess programmatic trends and relationships; Develop and maintain project plans and schedules; Develop integration and transition plans; Conduct quality reviews of products and services.
