PRN Nurse Practitioner – Preventive Care

(Multi-State Licensed Required)

Dallas, TX Addison Area – Onsite

PRN | Minimum 80 hours per month | Flexible Scheduling (Mon–Sun)

Overview

We are seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or ANP) to deliver telehealth preventive care consultations from our Dallas (Addison area) clinical office.

This role focuses on helping patients understand and reduce their risk for diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and depression through structured virtual health assessments and individualized care planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth preventive health assessments via secure video platform
• Evaluate patient risk for diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and stroke
• Provide education aligned with AHA/ACC clinical guidelines
• Develop individualized patient action plans based on results
• Perform depression screening and referrals as needed
• Document all encounters in a proprietary EMR system
• Engage patients in collaborative, patient-centered health planning
• Deliver clear, conversational virtual consultations

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Texas APRN license (required)
• Must currently hold APRN licensure in Texas AND at least 3 additional U.S. states (multi-state licensed required)
• National certification as FNP, AGNP, or ANP
• Minimum 1 year Nurse Practitioner experience (Primary Care or Internal Medicine preferred)
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed (3–5 more states)
• Strong EMR, computer, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
• Ability to perform telehealth visits in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

• PRN role with minimum 80- hours per month  availability (Operating days are Monday through Sunday).
• Shifts normally begin as early as 7:00AM and end as late as 9:00PM - Monday through Friday; Saturday's and Sunday's 8am - 3pm
• Onsite role in Dallas (Addison area) using our remote platform
