*Description*
The Digital Marketing Specialist will support a fast-paced, high-performing digital marketing team. This role is critical to supporting ongoing digital transformation initiatives and managing a high volume of marketing activities.
Key responsibilities include:
Executing and optimizing SEO strategies, digital ad campaigns, and website performance initiatives
Pulling and analyzing data across multiple platforms and transforming it into clear, actionable insights and visual reports
Developing dashboards and reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Semrush
Monitoring campaign performance and providing ongoing optimization recommendations
Supporting digital marketing initiatives across web, analytics, and campaign performance
Collaborating with internal stakeholders across marketing, leadership, and technical teams
Acting as a "strategic doer", balancing execution with proactive idea generation

SEO, digital marketing analytics, digital ads, google analytics, data visualization, strategic, insurance, financial services, hubspot, A/B testing, email marketing, cross functional
*Additional Skills & Qualifications*
Insurance or financial services industry experience
Experience with HubSpot (transitioning from Salesforce/Pardot)
Email marketing / QA support experience
A/B testing exposure
Experience working cross-functionally with developers and marketing teams
*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of San Diego, CA.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
