You'll connect with prospective customers, recommend coverage solutions, and develop lasting client relationships while building your career with a supportive, family-oriented agency.

What You'll Do Connect with prospective customers to understand their insurance needs and goals. Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage solutions. Prepare and present personalized insurance quotes. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts. Follow up consistently with prospects to develop sales opportunities and close business. Identify cross-selling opportunities and additional ways to protect clients. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Maintain accurate customer information, sales activity, and policy documentation. Work independently while staying connected with the agency team. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. What We're Looking For An active Property & Casualty insurance license is required. Previous insurance sales experience strongly preferred. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to succeed. Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Ability to learn and use technology and agency systems. Coachable, dependable, and committed to continued professional growth.
