As we continue to grow in the marketplace, we need to hire a full-time  SALES ADMINISTRATOR  to join our office in Round Rock, TX. The ORDER PROCESSING SPECIALIST will effectively, and efficiently, facilitate the timely processing and tracking of customer orders from estimate/document verification to delivery.

The SALES ADMINISTRATOR will:

• Process and track customer sales orders from start to finish.
• Process and track rentals from inception to conversion or return.
• Create and mail customer invoices.
• Interact with 3RD party financing companies.
• Interact with GeoShack sales and procurement personnel.
• Work with management to develop operational improvements by monitoring and analyzing process flow, and help to implement changes that are deemed necessary.
• Work with management to develop and implement a physical count system, and process, to be administered by the centralized procurement team.
• Assist with the maintenance of the NetSuite item master.
• Interact with customers as needed.
• Enforce processes and order fulfillment requirements.
• Assist the Fulfillment Coordinator, and other procurement personnel, to source products internally.
• Strive to accomplish the procurement team’s overall objective of having the right product in the right location at the right time.
