Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Responsibilities In an inpatient setting, supports standards of care and provides consultation and expertise in patient care. Supports activities at service, nursing practice, and institutional level. Contributes to goal achievement through personal action and facilitation of others. Participates in community and professional organizations. Provides expert patient care, serves as a resource, consults as requested, and communicates effectively within the unit and service. Participates in HR management, recruitment and retention strategy, and patient outcomes monitoring. May have responsibilities at unit, program or service level and may assume an expanded role as assigned by leadership. bFT (40) position available, Day/Evening/Night Shifts, weekends, holidays, and on-call. Serve as a member of an interdisciplinary team. Accountable for clinical, educational, and HR aspects of psychiatric mental health nursing. Requires strong interpersonal, assessment, critical thinking, teamwork, communication, leadership, modeling, mentoring, patient-family centered care, and strength-based care.
