PEIMS Clerk - Lynn McKinney Elementary School (2026-2027 School Year) This position is posted for a PEIMS Clerk/Registrar at Lynn McKinney Elementary School for the 2026-27 school year. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate attendance records and performing attendance data entry into the Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS) under direct supervision. Primary Purpose Maintain accurate attendance records for the campus and perform attendance data entry into PEIMS. Qualifications Education/Certification: High school diploma or GED. Special Knowledge/Skills: Ability to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets and databases, word processing; proficient keyboarding, file maintenance, and 10-key skills. Ability to meet established deadlines. Experience: Two years data entry experience preferred. Position Type Full-time. Benefits 5 Local leave days + 5 State leave days (prorated for part-time hours). AISD employee childcare (based on availability). District paid $275/month insurance contribution for eligible employees (contingent upon enrollment in a medical insurance plan).
