Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients entering the detox program, formulating personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and holistic interventions to address their needs.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s unique situation, enabling them on their path towards healing.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards to protect client confidentiality and uphold organizational integrity.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals in the treatment team during regular case consultations, promoting comprehensive care and enhancing treatment strategies.

• Participate in ongoing peer review meetings to discuss case management strategies and improve the quality of care provided, aligning with current best practices in the field of mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
