Career Opportunity with our Holiday Franchise Group: Store Manager (Holiday #3552) – Lakeville, MN 55044. Location: 21100 Kenrick Ave, Lakeville, MN 55044. Signing Bonus: $500. The Store Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, managing store operations, and maintaining financial performance. Minimum Requirements Experience in retail sales preferred. Legally eligible to work in the United States. Reliable transportation to and from the store. Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English. Supervise, train, and perform duties of the CSR, Lead CSR, and Store Assistant positions. Will be required to work non‑traditional shifts and schedules as needed. Supervision Recruit, interview, select, retain and train employees. Develop, manage, and assign tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, organized, and well‑maintained. Schedule meetings with employees and the Market Manager about safety, policies, and sales. Schedule employees within company guidelines to maximize service, sales, and store image. Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback. Develop and coach employees for promotion. Ensure a safe workplace and train staff on safety procedures. Monitor environment for legal or regulatory compliance. Follow and enforce company loss‑prevention and safety procedures. Conduct store walks and follow up on cleanliness issues. Financial Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize sales and profit. Budget and forecast profit & loss, and manage merchandise margins. Safeguard all cash handling and financial records. Perform additional financial analysis as needed. Mental Capabilities Complete daily paperwork, manage fuel pricing, and change fuel prices accurately. Receive and verify vendor deliveries and create work schedules. Monitor sales transactions for accuracy. Physical Ability Be exposed to temperature extremes, stand, stoop, bend, and walk for entire shift. Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects continually. Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds as required. Operation of Equipment Efficiently operate all store equipment, including fuel pumps and fuel level measurements.
