Job Summary We are seeking a results‑oriented Store Manager to oversee all aspects of a Circle K franchise in Lakeville. The role demands strong leadership, financial acumen, and commitment to safety and customer service. Key Responsibilities Recruit, interview, train, and retain enthusiastic employees while scheduling shifts to maximize service and sales. Ensure the store is clean, adequately stocked, and organized in accordance with company standards. Conduct performance appraisals, provide coaching, and support career growth for all staff. Maintain workplace safety, enforce compliance with company loss‑prevention and safety procedures. Analyze daily sales and expenses, forecast P&L, and take actions to maximize profitability. Safeguard all monetary transactions, handle vendor deliveries, manage fuel pricing, and maintain accurate paperwork. Operate and maintain all store equipment, including fuel pumps and inventory systems. Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, stooping, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lb as required. Qualifications Experience in retail sales (preferred). Legally eligible to work in the United States. Reliable transportation to and from the store. Strong English communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to supervise and train CSR, Lead CSR, and Store Assistant personnel. Availability for non‑traditional shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Employment Details Mid‑Senior level, Full‑time.
