Job DescriptionTitle : Senior Technical Consultant (WFS Senior Sys Setup & Integration Analyst)Responsibilities: Obtain and maintain certification in WFS Product Suite applications required to perform the roleParticipate in facilitation of client workshops either onsite or remotely demonstrating understanding in best practices during the implementation of Workforce Management SoftwareCreating and maintaining the Solution Design, use cases and process diagrams.Understand the customer needs in the development of strategic plans Continue to Learn WFS product configuration requirements (i.e., naming conventions, importing templates, database structure, customizations, proper sequencing)Responsible for configuring WFS Suite according to customer business requirements using JavaScript, HTML, SQL or other scripting tools.Write complex formulas that leverage mathematical and/or programming skillsPerform unit and system testing of configured application to ensure test cases pass as described by customer requirementsIdentify and escalate out of scope requirements to key stakeholdersSupport the confirmation and refinement of customer business requirements with key stakeholdersAble to demonstrate key features of the solution to the customer and other key stakeholdersCan estimate work effort and communicate with key stakeholders on the project Understand project scope and implementation approach for assigned projectsHandle complex implementation issues including administrative and configuration challenges with minimal assistanceCommunicate roadblocks and seek out guidance in a timely mannerDeliver projects and tasks on time and within budget by effectively managing workloadAttend and participate in team meetings Provide project status updates to key stakeholders both internally and externallyPartner with internal teams during project phases to ensure successful customer implementationLead and Collaborate with the WFS team to ensure thorough testing of the customers’ requirementsLead roll-out and go-live activities, including data migration and system setupFollow established processes and best practices to continuously improve skillsBecome familiar with aspects of labor laws as it pertains to time and attendance rules, scheduling and leaves of absences.Proactively participate in training courses and engage in self-directed learning to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve success and contribute to the team's objectivesTroubleshoot issues and escalate problems to appropriate team membersInvestigate issues reported during customer testing phases, including tracking and reporting defectsMaintain accurate and timely records of billable and non-billable hours to ensure project profitability and meet utilization targetsEnsure adherence to WorkForce Software's established documentation standards and methodologiesIdentify opportunities to improve our product offerings based on customer feedback.Manage Customer expectations with relevant communication during key phases of the project life cycleMentor and develop team membersParticipate in internal initiatives, including rollout strategy and processes for efficiency and improvement.Responsible for meeting deadlines and communicating to appropriate team members any delays Become a subject matter expert in more than one WorkForce Software Product, in addition to Time and AttendanceAbility to work independently and run multiple concurrent assignments on client facing engagementsLead meetings, communicate and document phasesRequirements4-6 Years experience in software implementationsMinimum 3-5 years’ experience with programming language, preferably JavaScript and/or SQLDemonstrated knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, HTML or other scripting toolsExperience in implementing or training on a packaged software system or highly complex internally developed application Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with a strong emphasis on ExcelUnderstand waterfall and agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices in a services delivery roleEntrepreneurial mindset required, as the role requires capability of rapidly shifting focus and responding to ever-changing conditionsStrong communication skills both written and verbalPossesses basic problem-solving skillsExperience or ability to read/write SQL and
