Senior Power BI Developer

Senior Analyst, IS Business Intelligence (Power BI)

We're seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that deliver actionable business insights. The ideal candidate has experience translating business requirements into intuitive visualizations and working with complex data environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Translate business requirements into effective data visualizations
• Develop and optimize data models, DAX measures, and calculations
• Connect Power BI to SQL databases, cloud data sources, and enterprise systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions
• Troubleshoot dashboard performance and data issues
• Support enhancements and maintain existing BI solutions while following development best practices

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics, or reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Power BI skills, including dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Power Query (M) and ETL concepts
• Experience integrating Power BI with enterprise and cloud data sources
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or the Power Platform
• Knowledge of data warehousing and dimensional modeling
• Agile project experience
• Microsoft Power BI certification is a plus
