Infrastructure Engineer (WebSphere/zOS)

Position Title * Sr. WebSphere Engineer with Z/os exp. Position Responsibilities Infrastructure Engineer (WebSphere/zOS)
Work Location: Columbus, OH (3 day onsite , 2 days WFH)
MUST HAVE SKILLS: WEBSPHERE, Z/OS, INFRASTURURE Roles and Responsibilities: Skills:
• Configuration management
• Security management
• Should have Mainframe background (batch jobs, etc)
• Supporting Liberty product (IBM) and z/OS connect product (API Gateway)
• Proficient across WebSphere Application Server (WAS) Architecture (performance testing, monitoring, operations), Design (compliance, security) and Connectivity (planning, securing)
Must Have Skills:
• Must have 3+ years minimum experience with z/OS - Get on TSO, run batch jobs, write JCL, etc
• Must be able to write Shell scripts (Python scripts are a plus) to automate
• Must have experience with USS (directory permissions, audit bit as well as how the owner, groups, users work with regards to ownership)
• Must have 5+ years minimum experience across the Webshere product domain
