Independently completes infrastructure project assignments. Plan, research, evaluate, design, and engineer the enterprise's technology infrastructure. Provide technical support and troubleshooting, cost estimates, justifications, and recommendations. Produces technical documentation, support and configuration. Manage, plan, and maintain technical platforms including upgrading systems. Monitor system performance and installs and configures hardware. Responsible for collaborating with other Job Families such as Project Managers, Architects, Solution Engineers, Technicians, Business Analysts to deliver consistent, reliable technology solutions that leverage AEP's technology standards, architectures and best practices.Job DescriptionWhat you’ll do:Essential Job Functions & TasksProvide support for executive level video conference meetings using MS Teams, Zoom and other solutionsEngage business partners on video conference and meeting requirements and best practicesWorking with vendors to troubleshoot and support MS Teams, Zoom and other Video Conferencing SolutionsProvide general technical support to executive level teamUp to 10-25% travel may be requiredOnsite position in AEP Headquarters building 1RP, Columbus, OHWhat We're Looking For:Education requirements are listed below:Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required.Work Experience requirement listed below:5 years of relevant work experience is required.
