Sales Associate
Are you looking to grow your career in wholesale sales and account management? Our client is an established handbag and accessories company and they are now hiring a Sales Associate to support a portfolio of retail accounts and help drive day-to-day business across multiple licensed brands.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and working cross-functionally with sales, merchandising, product development, and operations. Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of key retail and wholesale accounts.
- Build strong relationships with customers while serving as a reliable point of contact.
- Coordinate orders, track deliveries, and ensure products move through the process accurately and on time.
- Prepare sales reports, business recaps, and account performance analysis.
- Assist with product assortments, customer presentations, and seasonal selling initiatives.
- Partner closely with merchandising, product development, operations, and customer service teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels, sales trends, and opportunities to grow existing business.
- Attend customer meetings, market appointments, and industry events as needed.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in sales, account management, merchandising, or a related field.
- Experience supporting retail, wholesale, or consumer products businesses is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
