Personal Injury Case Manager
Location: Burbank, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (In-Person)

Position Summary:
The Case Manager will support case management operations from intake to pre-litigation settlement, assist in daily office tasks, and work closely across departments. This is a versatile, hands-on role offering exposure to all facets of a personal injury law firm. Ideal for someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and eager to develop a long-term career in the legal field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cases from intake to settlement. Including scheduling, medical records retrieval, opening the claims, and preparing demands.
- Communicate and sign new leads
- Support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth firm workflow.
- Collaborate with pre-litigation and litigation department
- Maintain accurate, organized case files.
Qualifications:
- Strong in English/ Spanish speaking.
- Prior legal or case management experience is preferred but not required.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and willing to assist in multiple areas of the business.
- Must work in person, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
