Job Title: Staffing Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and organized Staffing Receptionist to support daily office operations and provide excellent customer service to employees, applicants, and clients. The Staffing Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact, assist with administrative tasks, answer phones, schedule interviews, and support the recruiting team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist applicants, employees, and visitors in a professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
• Maintain employee files and office records
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and data entry
• Respond to employee questions regarding assignments and schedules
• Support recruiters with administrative tasks
• Monitor office supplies and maintain a clean reception area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous receptionist, customer service, or office experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and email systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional attitude and dependable attendance
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced staffing office environment
• Sitting, standing, and answering phones throughout the day
• Interaction with employees, clients, and applicants daily

Schedule:

• Part-time (Can potentially become a full time position)
• Monday–Friday
