About the Role – Server Assistant The Server Assistant supports Food Servers in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight. Open and flexible availability including afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays is required. Key Responsibilities Assist servers in providing prompt and courteous service to guests Carry full trays up and down stairs Replace propane tanks for patio heaters Maintain a clean and organized work environment The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing. This is the pay rate for this position that Hyatt Regency La Jolla reasonably expects to pay.
