Radiology- Radiographer Full-Time Evenings

Radiology‑Radiographer Full‑Time Evenings at Optum Optum (formerly The Everett Clinic) is seeking a Radiology Technologist for the Radiology‑Radiographer Full‑Time Evenings position in Snohomish, WA. The selected candidate will be an integral member of the Optum Care Delivery team, providing exceptional patient care and ensuring high quality diagnostic imaging. Provide exemplary patient care and ensure patient comfort and safety throughout imaging procedures. Operate and maintain digital imaging equipment, execute x‑ray and fluoroscopic procedures, and perform quality control and radiation safety checks. Produce radiographs of the highest possible quality while minimizing patient risk. Monitor patient status during studies, ensuring clinical needs are prioritized and safety protocols are followed. Review images for technical quality and communicate with radiologists to tailor examinations to clinical needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, work independently, and adapt to new exam modalities and technology. Qualifications Graduate of an AMA‑approved School of Radiological Technology. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. At least 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist. Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (AHA) or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross). Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay ranges from $27.00 to $47.00 based on experience, education, and local market conditions.
