Pre-Litigation Attorney

Job Description A rapidly expanding personal injury and property damage law firm is seeking a dedicated Pre‑Litigation Attorney to join their team in Atlanta. This role requires a compassionate and proactive individual who is committed to ensuring their clients receive exceptional care and optimal results. You will be responsible for managing the pre‑litigation phase of personal injury cases, working closely with clients, and negotiating with insurance companies to secure favorable settlements. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct initial consultations with clients, provide case updates, and guide them through the pre‑litigation process with empathy and professionalism. Oversee the management of personal injury cases from inception through settlement, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and deadlines are met. Engage in settlement negotiations with insurance companies to achieve maximum compensation for clients. Prepare and review demand letters, medical summaries, and other necessary legal documents. Collaborate with medical professionals, investigators, and other experts to gather legal documents. Keep detailed records of case progress, client interactions, and settlement negotiations. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Member in good standing with the Georgia Bar. Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law, preferably in pre‑litigation. Proven negotiation skills with a successful track record of settlements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Empathetic and client‑focused approach. Proactive and self‑motivated with the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
