Billing Coordinator

Billing Coordinator Location: Albertville, AL Pay: $24.14 per hour Responsibilities Review and analyze contracts to identify billing specifics, amendments, and escalation provisions. Enter contracts, amendments, and rate escalations into the billing system. Produce monthly invoices for fixed and variable billing components. Reconcile general ledger accounts associated with the billing process. Coordinate with project teams to obtain data, approvals, and resolve billing-related inquiries. Qualifications Experience performing professional accounting duties within billing processes. Ability to understand accounting and budget processes, internal controls, and bookkeeping procedures. Knowledge of automated accounting systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Coupa, and related platforms. Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Typically 3‑5 years of related experience or equivalent background demonstrating capability.
