Job Description: Insight Global is looking for a Collections Specialist for one of our large construction/rental companies in Orlando. Please see more duties below:
- Responsible for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
- Contact customers regarding payment status
- Answering incoming customer calls -- high volume
- Assist with customers and profit centers to get disputed invoices resolved
- Assist general contractors for specific jobs and make arrangements for joint checks
- Update and amend customer maintenance information
- Perform other duties as assigned by Credit Supervisor
