Responsibilities Own AOP and reforecasting for supply chain cost centers, building bottoms-up, driver-based models tied to operational performance Partner cross-functionally with enterprise FP&A and Supply Chain leadership to align forecasts and drive EBITDA improvement across sites Lead weekly labor planning, holding Fulfillment Centers accountable to targets and performance outcomes Develop scenario, sensitivity, and KPI frameworks that provide real-time visibility into cost drivers and operational trends Deliver executive-ready reporting for the WBR/MBR cycles while proactively identifying risks and opportunities before they impact results Experiences that help in this role 5+ years of FP&A or finance experience with direct exposure to supply chain, operations, or logistics environments Proven ability to build and own complex, driver-based financial models that inform business decisions Experience leading budgeting and forecasting for large, multi-line cost centers in a dynamic setting Strong partnership mindset with a track record of influencing and building trust with operational leaders Advanced technical skills in SQL/Snowflake, Power BI, and Excel, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights In an effort to MakeSpreetailBetter, we hire people that are aligned with our values and are passionate about pursuing ecommerce excellence.
