Centurion Health is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Missouri Department of Corrections.

We are currently seeking a full-time, telehealth physician with substance abuse treatment experience to join our team based out of our Regional Office located in Jefferson City, MO. This physician must reside in the state of Missouri.

Join our team and make an impact statewide! In this fully remote role, you will provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services to patients across 21 Missouri Department of Corrections facilities. This team member will work as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare team, partnering closely with other Centurion medical providers, behavioral health professionals, facility leadership, and correctional staff throughout the state.

This unique opportunity allows you to provide meaningful continuity of care across multiple facilities while enjoying the flexibility and work-life balance of a fully remote position.

Qualifications:

• Must reside in the state of Missouri
• MD/DO
• BC/BE in primary care specialty or emergency medicine
• Experience in MAT services and/or substance abuse required
• Active, unrestricted Missouri
• Active, unrestricted DEA
• Missouri BNDD
• Ability to pass background check and credentialing

Shift:

• Monday - Friday
• Day Shift
• 5 - 8 hour shifts or 4 - 10 hour shifts
• No nights, holidays or weekends
