Sr. Strategic Partner Manager - 3P, APS (Amazon Publisher Services)

Amazon Publisher Services is seeking a Sr. Strategic Partner Manager who will manage a portfolio of third-party programmatic buyers and work closely with our publisher partners across web, mobile, CTV and audio. The ideal candidate will combine proven experience managing partnerships with an understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, in order to drive optimum value for our programmatic buyer customers. Responsibilities Manage strategic, operational, and technical aspects of relationships with programmatic buyers. Proactively find and execute optimization opportunities for buyers and our publisher partners. Understand and monitor key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth or improvement. Innovate, develop, and iterate on services based on customer feedback to grow and maintain long term partnerships. Conduct regular business reviews with customers. Employ a consultative, long term approach and build productive relationships with stakeholders of all levels within the customer’s organization. Analyze performance data and provide data-driven insights to improve our programs. Investigate and work directly with technical teams to help them troubleshoot customer issues. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
