EIG Consulting is growing our B2B sales team and looking for motivated individuals who enjoy meeting new people, setting goals, and learning new skills.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing coaching to help you learn the sales process, develop your communication skills, and become confident working directly with business customers.

What You'll Do:

• Meet face-to-face with prospective business customers
• Build professional relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Clearly explain available options, features, and benefits
• Assist customers throughout the sales process
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing sales and product training

• Strong communication and people skills
• Professional, dependable, and coachable
• Comfortable meeting and speaking with new people
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
