About the Role

Elite Fuels Transportation Inc. is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to support our growing fuel transportation operations.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced position serving as a key point of contact between our retail, commercial, and contract customers, drivers, and internal operations team . You will manage incoming fuel orders, communicate delivery updates, coordinate with drivers, monitor order activity, and help resolve service issues from start to finish.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in customer service, transportation, logistics, dispatch support, fuel distribution, or a similar time-sensitive operational environment who takes ownership of their work and knows how to keep customers informed when plans change.

What You'll Do

• Serve as an in-office point of contact for retail, commercial, and contract customers.
• Receive and process fuel orders submitted by phone, email, and web-based platforms.
• Verify order information and communicate delivery schedules and updates to customers.
• Coordinate directly with drivers regarding delivery instructions, schedule changes, access issues, and customer-specific requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and fuel allocations and communicate potential supply constraints.
• Respond to delivery delays, service disruptions, order changes, and customer concerns with urgency and professionalism.
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow through until they are resolved.
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders, delivery activity, and operational communications.
• Provide thorough shift-transition notes to support consistent service across a 24/7 operation.
• Support company safety, operational, and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service, logistics, transportation, dispatch support, order management, or a related operational environment .
• Fuel transportation, fuel distribution, petroleum, trucking, or energy supply-chain experience is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with both customers and drivers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities without sacrificing accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail when entering orders and documenting customer and delivery information.
• Comfortable learning and working with dispatch software, GPS platforms, inventory systems, and web-based order systems.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling delays, customer complaints, schedule changes, or operational disruptions.
• Strong ownership and follow-through — issues should be managed through resolution rather than simply passed along.
• Familiarity with DOT or fuel-transportation requirements is a plus.

Schedule & Availability

Full-Time | 45+ hours per week

Elite Fuels operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year . Schedule is assigned by management and may vary based on operational needs.

Candidates must have the flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed .
