About the Role

This role also involves leading the documentation function, connecting docs to the product experience, and owning the developer community across various channels. The Head of Developer Experience will be a key player in building and delivering content and education programs that help developers make the most of the product. Applicants for the Head of Developer Experience position at the company should have a strong technical background, with at least 7 years' experience in developer relations, developer experience, or a related technical role, including a minimum of 3 years in a management position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of influencing or owning a developer platform, integration ecosystem, or SDK surface, and building developer communities that drive measurable product outcomes. Strong technical writing skills are essential, and a background in observability, monitoring, or developer tooling is a plus. The role requires someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, can reset scope independently, and is passionate about owning the product surface and enhancing the developer experience.
