Senior Project Manager

The impact you’ll make As a Project Manager at Lam, you will play a pivotal role in driving projects/programs for a strategic initiative. You’ll be at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, coordinating cross‑functional teams and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. What You’ll Do Lead projects within corporate functions related to solving complex business problems. Build solutions that will improve business processes and support critical business strategies. Provide actionable insights for management to influence decision making through data collection and analysis. Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders. Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements. Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process. Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 15+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 12+ years of experience; or equivalent experience. 12+ years of related experience in project management or program management. Experience leading cross‑functional teams and influencing stakeholders. Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support. Preferred Qualifications Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2. Salary CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $137,000.00 - $287,000.00. The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
