Location: In-person – Colorado Springs, CO

Job Title: Optometry Technician (Entry-Level Friendly)

Compensation: $17.00 – $20.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts Monday–Friday between 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Rotating Saturdays (8:00 AM–12:00 PM) with a weekday off

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to grow into a healthcare career. You’ll be fully trained to become an Optometry Technician, learning how to assist doctors, run diagnostic tests, and support patients through their eye care journey.

No prior optometry experience? No problem. We’ll teach you.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome patients and create a great first impression
• Perform vision tests and diagnostic screenings (we train you)
• Prepare patients for exams and assist the doctor
• Educate patients on contact lenses and eye care
• Keep exam rooms organized and ready for each visit
• Maintain accurate records in the system
