Job Description
The Executive Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the CEO by managing calendars, preparing meetings, handling communications, and maintaining document organization. This position requires a high level of confidentiality, organization, and multi-tasking, providing administrative assistance on a variety of projects and fostering smooth executive operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar efficiently
- Prepare materials and coordinate logistics for meetings
- Handle communications promptly and professionally
- Organize and maintain documents and records
- Support administrative projects as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in executive assistance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management software
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively multi-task
- Familiarity with communication platforms
