Quantum Health is seeking a Compensation & People Analytics Analyst to support pay-for-performance strategies through data analytics, reporting, and compensation administration. You’ll develop Power BI dashboards, manage compensation reporting, and calculate commissions and bonuses with cross-functional collaboration. The role requires strong Excel and Power BI skills, plus experience with incentive plans and HR data integrity.
