EssentialFunctions: Performinstallation, maintenance and testing of electrical equipment andwiring systems in commercial settings. Preparework area for installation. Installationof electrical components. Connectwiring and equipment to code and specifications. Ableto read blueprints and drawings. Verifydimensions and alignments per drawings. Manageand secure equipment on projects. Workingknowledge of NEC and Building Codes. Adheresto strict quality control standards. Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills. Performcomplex electrical installations in a fast-pacedenvironment. Beproficient in running conduit Workwith all types of tools required to complete projects(Benders, Ladders, Lift, Scaffold, etc.) Requirements Jobrequires working in all elements, depending on projectlocation and time of year. Properuse of PPE (personal protective equipment) Ableto work 8-10 hours per day, 40 hours per week, overtime ifrequired. Mustbe able to perform the essential functions of the job,including crawling, standing, bending, kneeling, sitting,reaching, lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Repetitiveuse of arms, hands, and fingers. Physicalwork is a primary part (more than 65%) of the job.
