Construction Project Manager

We specialize in delivering seamless, turnkey training environments, from custom containerized solutions to large scale modular structures, through a unified design and construction process. BeaverFit is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our Project Management Team in Reno, NV. In this role, you will lead complex, turnkey projects through their full lifecycle, from initial concept through on-site civil work, erection, and commissioning. Leveraging specialized Design-Build expertise, you will serve as the primary bridge between internal engineering/shop teams, external subcontractors, and our military and commercial clients to drive our integrated project delivery model. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full Design-Build lifecycle and integrated project delivery workflows, ensuring seamless integration between design, engineering, and construction phases. Manage comprehensive project lifecycles, including scope development, RFP creation, vendor negotiations, timeline tracking, and budget management. Conduct technical constructability reviews and oversee quality control to optimize installation efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Direct construction administration, managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and invoicing from start-up through final close-out. Understand and implement accepted Planning & Scheduling Best Practices in Oracle Primavera P6 Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, UFC, and IBC and environmental safety standards, serving as the primary safety lead for all on-site entities. Perform financial analysis and report key performance metrics within the ERP system (NetSuite) to inform management and stakeholder decisions. Serve as the central cross-functional liaison to resolve technical conflicts and align internal teams on project goals. Required Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience in Design-Build or integrated construction. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Structural/Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent field experience. Ability to pass background checks required for U.S. Military Base Access. Proven experience in multi-discipline industrial building design and Design-Build/EPC execution. OSHA 30 certification. Preferred Experience: Background with pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) or modular construction. Familiarity with Federal/Military construction environments (NAVFAC, USACE, UFC codes). Hands-on experience with NetSuite or enterprise PM software. EM 385-1-1 certifications. Physical Requirements: Requires 25-50% travel to active construction and client sites. Must be able to navigate active construction sites, ascend stairs/ladders, and safely lift/carry up to 50 lbs as needed during site surveys or self-performed installations.
