Duties Handle single-plaintiff cases and wage and hour class actions. Conduct compliance audits and provide counseling. Collaborate with clients across various industries. Engage in courtroom and case handling activities. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience in California. Experience with discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Exposure to FEHA, agency complaints, and employment law issues preferred. Licensed to practice law in California. EducationJD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials. CertificationsLicensed to practice in California. SkillsExcellent writing and oral advocacy skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
